As the world begins to re-open, there's this sense in the air of "Oh crap!, Where did all this extra weight come from?"
No doubt as the results of last year's uncertainty, many of us have gotten off track with our healthy eating and gained a few lbs along the way. Couple that with spending a little more time than usual binging on your favorite Netflix series, you could be feeling a little physically out of shape and wondering where to start again.
