Knowledge is Power

Some of you know my “story” or should I say “stories” of my life’s journey, and how practicing Mental and Emotional Release (MER) has effectively changed my life in ways I never would have imagined.

Even though my story isn’t loaded with bruises or visible scars - I suffered from a very early age with my body image, weight, and intimate relationships as a result sexual abuse.

I was once told that leaving a Narcissist was only the beginning of suffering. At first this didn’t mean anything to me because I had no idea what a Narcissist was until I was in a relationship with one, then suddenly this statement rang all too true.

It was as if all the earlier years of sexual abuse, assault and rape, along with self-sabotaging body shaming came to an explosive head with the grand finale being that of a relationship with a Narcissist.

MER taught me how to release the horrendous painstaking trauma from the past. To be able to vibrantly live a healthy and happy life after years of such pain and self-deprecating talk, this has led me to feel and look better than perhaps any other time in my life.

Because of this and other tools I’ve learned along the way, I feel it would be utterly selfish of me if I just kept it to myself, and let others who were actually wanting to heal from their pain suffer.

If you or someone you know has or is suffering from past emotional pain, from poor body imagine, self-sabotaging behavior, or recovering from unhealthy relationships, please get in contact with me to see if we are a match for one another to help you create a healthier, happier version of you.
