Are You Holding You Back?

Desiring more out of your life whether it be a life partner, a healthier body, a better career, better connection with family, more time for your own self-development or spiritual growth requires two things:

1. Your willingness to earnestly looking at your current beliefs and thoughts, along with

2. Your willingness to change current behavioral patterns.

According to Dr. Bruce Lipton, the famous stem cell and DNA scientist, found that 95% of what we do in our day-to-day life is controlled by our unconscious mind. Think about that for a moment. This means out of all the things you say or do, only a minuscule fraction is done through your conscious mind.

Think back for a moment; have you ever lost track of time, drove home and couldn't remember much if anything about the drive, or even forgot what day it was? Most of our days, believe it or not, are spent on autopilot based on repetition of doing the same thing over and over again until it's not longer required to do from a conscious state.

Have you ever asked yourself any of the following:

1. How come no matter how hard I work my income never increases or I can't seem to get ahead?

2. How come I can't attract the right partner?

3. How come I can't lose weight and keep it off?

The answer to these questions lie within your unconscious mind.

Truth be told, you made decisions about all the areas of your life very early on. It's been your unconscious mind's job to fulfill these beliefs ever since then, and just so you know how successful you've been thus far, your unconscious mind has achieved ALL the goals (beliefs) you've set for yourself.

I know that may sound contradictory as you surely wouldn't set goals to not be successful in all areas of your life, right? However, the limiting beliefs you formulated early on around money, relationships, family, health & fitness, personal development and spirituality have been what your unconscious mind has been operating from ever since.

It's important to understand being able to intricately identify the 'root' belief for any/all areas of our lives requires a willingness on the individual's part to want to change it. We cannot change what we do not acknowledge or even understand.
